On 22 and 23 September, Netsteril will once again take part in Farmaforum, the leading meeting point for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries in Spain.

We will present Gasporox technology for container closure integrity testing of vials, ampoules and bags using non-destructive headspace analysis (HSA) based on TDLAS laser spectroscopy.

This technology enables the non-destructive measurement of headspace gases such as oxygen, carbon dioxide and water vapour, without puncturing or destroying the container. It provides a fast, clean and traceable alternative for CCIT studies, quality control and stability monitoring, particularly for products that are sensitive to oxygen or moisture.

At Farmaforum, we will showcase a GPX1500 Vial, a compact benchtop analyser designed for the non-destructive inspection of vials, ampoules and pre-filled syringes in laboratory and quality control environments, stability studies, or for rapid checks close to the production line.

Netsteril will present SPC Group’s aseptic filling pump and needle solutions for aseptic filling processes, including dosing pumps, filling needles and other critical components designed to improve the accuracy, reliability and performance of production lines.

As an original component manufacturer supplying numerous filling machine manufacturers, SPC offers a wide range of standard solutions as well as the capability to develop customised designs tailored to the requirements of each application.

Its experience in sterile environments helps optimise filling quality and production efficiency.

Netsteril will present its Single-Use Systems solutions, drawing on the expertise of two leading manufacturers in the sector: 3CON and Aran Biotech.

One of the highlights of this edition will be TB-Safety, a Swiss company specialising in powered air personal protective equipment for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and high-containment environments.

Visitors will be able to discover technologies designed to enhance operator safety, improve comfort during interventions and reduce the risk of contamination associated with the human factor.

• VenGARD®: a ventilated hood for preparation, intervention and isolator set-up operations, as well as other critical activities in GMP environments.
• VenION®: a fully encapsulating, positive-pressure ventilated suit designed to protect personnel from potentially hazardous substances.

The integrity and traceability of gloves are among the areas attracting the greatest interest following the publication of GMP Annex I.

For this reason, we will showcase MK glove integrity testing solutions for isolators and AL Glove Systems gloves for isolators and RABS as part of a comprehensive approach to glove lifecycle management.

Visitors will be able to discover:

We will present Lytzen’s dry heat sterilisation and depyrogenation ovens. Lytzen is a Danish manufacturer specialising exclusively in depyrogenation ovens for the pharmaceutical industry. With more than 50 years of experience, its equipment stands out for its excellent temperature uniformity, ease of validation and compliance with the most stringent GMP requirements.

Although no equipment will be displayed at the stand due to the industrial nature of these installations, our specialists will be available to advise on their application in sterile manufacturing projects and dry heat depyrogenation processes.
