Netsteril returns to Farmaforum 2026 with greater expertise, technology and services

On 22 and 23 September, Netsteril will once again take part in Farmaforum, the leading meeting point for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries in Spain.

This return comes after two years of intensive work, growth and consolidation. During this time, we have strengthened our team, expanded our technical capabilities and developed new value-added services to help our customers address the challenges arising from GMP Annex I.

A technical services company, more than just a distributor

Netsteril technical services for the pharmaceutical industry, including technical consulting, project management, qualification, validation, and technical support for GMP compliance.

At Netsteril, we understand distribution as a high value-added technical service. Our mission is not simply to supply equipment or consumables, but to support our customers in selecting, implementing, and using the most suitable solution for their specific needs.

During the pre-sales phase, we provide specialized, transparent, and compliance-oriented technical consultancy, helping customers assess process requirements, evaluate alternatives, and select the best available solution from our partners.

Once the solution has been defined, we continue to add value through after-sales services that facilitate the successful implementation, integration, and operation of the technology:

  • Risk assessment and analysis.
  • Project management.
  • Qualification and validation.
  • Specialized technical support.
  • Training and continuous support throughout the entire lifecycle of the solution.

Our purpose is to contribute to customer satisfaction by delivering technically robust solutions aligned with GMP requirements and backed by specialized manufacturers. This philosophy has enabled us to establish ourselves as a trusted technical partner in numerous sterile manufacturing projects across Spain.

Featured Technologies at Farmaforum 2026

Netsteril specialized solutions for sterile manufacturing, contamination control and GMP compliance, including technologies from Solidfog, Castus, Gasporox, SPC, MK, AL Glove Systems, TB-Safety and Lytzen.

Solidfog: Advanced VH₂O₂ Biodecontamination for GMP Facilities

During the exhibition, we will showcase a functional model of a centralised VH₂O₂ biodecontamination system from our Belgian partner Solidfog.

In recent years, this technology has established itself as one of the most advanced alternatives for companies seeking high-performance biodecontamination solutions.

In a market where multiple fogging-based solutions are emerging, Solidfog stands out as a pioneer in the GMP segment. Its approach combines the operational advantages of these systems with the robustness, automation and integration of fixed, centralised installations used by highly demanding pharmaceutical companies.

The references obtained in recent years confirm the evolution and maturity of this technology.

Gasporox: Container Closure Integrity Testing (CCIT)

We will present Gasporox technology for container closure integrity testing of vials, ampoules and bags using non-destructive headspace analysis (HSA) based on TDLAS laser spectroscopy.

This technology enables the non-destructive measurement of headspace gases such as oxygen, carbon dioxide and water vapour, without puncturing or destroying the container. It provides a fast, clean and traceable alternative for CCIT studies, quality control and stability monitoring, particularly for products that are sensitive to oxygen or moisture.

At Farmaforum, we will showcase a GPX1500 Vial, a compact benchtop analyser designed for the non-destructive inspection of vials, ampoules and pre-filled syringes in laboratory and quality control environments, stability studies, or for rapid checks close to the production line.

Castus: German Quality and Cost-Effective Solutions for Aseptic and Contained Transfer

Castus, a leading manufacturer of Rapid Transfer Port (RTP) systems, Alpha Ports, Beta Containers, and Beta Bags, has become an international benchmark thanks to a highly valued combination of German manufacturing quality, technical flexibility, and outstanding cost competitiveness.

Its solutions enable the implementation of robust aseptic transfer systems for pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications, helping manufacturers meet the most demanding containment and sterility requirements.

SPC: Components for Aseptic Filling

Netsteril will present SPC Group’s aseptic filling pump and needle solutions for aseptic filling processes, including dosing pumps, filling needles and other critical components designed to improve the accuracy, reliability and performance of production lines.

As an original component manufacturer supplying numerous filling machine manufacturers, SPC offers a wide range of standard solutions as well as the capability to develop customised designs tailored to the requirements of each application.

Its experience in sterile environments helps optimise filling quality and production efficiency.

Single-Use Systems: Flexible Solutions for Dynamic Processes

Netsteril will present its Single-Use Systems solutions, drawing on the expertise of two leading manufacturers in the sector: 3CON and Aran Biotech.

Our team provides technical support and guidance throughout every stage of the project, helping to select the most suitable solution for each application.

Through our collaboration with highly specialised manufacturers, we offer high-quality solutions, flexible configurations and particularly short lead times to meet the needs of an increasingly dynamic and demanding industry.

TB-Safety: Innovation in Personal Protection · New for 2026

One of the highlights of this edition will be TB-Safety, a Swiss company specialising in powered air personal protective equipment for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and high-containment environments.

Visitors will be able to discover technologies designed to enhance operator safety, improve comfort during interventions and reduce the risk of contamination associated with the human factor.

  • VenGARD®: a ventilated hood for preparation, intervention and isolator set-up operations, as well as other critical activities in GMP environments.
  • VenION®: a fully encapsulating, positive-pressure ventilated suit designed to protect personnel from potentially hazardous substances.
  • VenPIPE®: a supplied-air full-body protection system for maximum-containment operations and the handling of highly active compounds.

MK and AL Glove Systems: Comprehensive Glove Lifecycle Management

The integrity and traceability of gloves are among the areas attracting the greatest interest following the publication of GMP Annex I.

For this reason, we will showcase MK glove integrity testing solutions for isolators and AL Glove Systems gloves for isolators and RABS as part of a comprehensive approach to glove lifecycle management.

Visitors will be able to discover:

  • Glove integrity testing systems.
  • GITS® software (Glove Integrity Test Software).
  • GLCS® software (Glove Life Cycle System).
  • EPDM, CSM and BIIR gloves for isolators and RABS.
  • Traceability systems using QR codes or RFID chips.

Lytzen: Specialists in Depyrogenation Ovens

We will present Lytzen’s dry heat sterilisation and depyrogenation ovens. Lytzen is a Danish manufacturer specialising exclusively in depyrogenation ovens for the pharmaceutical industry. With more than 50 years of experience, its equipment stands out for its excellent temperature uniformity, ease of validation and compliance with the most stringent GMP requirements.

Although no equipment will be displayed at the stand due to the industrial nature of these installations, our specialists will be available to advise on their application in sterile manufacturing projects and dry heat depyrogenation processes.

Acknowledgements to Our Partners
