MK GITS® software feature information

The Glove Integrity Test System Software (GITS®4 – software) is the visual interface developed by our partner MK to control all glove testers and transfer systems.
Glove Testing Devices are connected by a Wi-Fi access point with GITS®-software. As option, it can be installed in the customer’s network (Server Installation) and SCADA/MES systems with integrated interface. Multiple devices can be measured simultaneously and even several parallel measurements with different glove integrity test parameters.

For operators the access level is reduced to the functions needed for glove testing while administrators receive full control over the settings. The rights of groups and users can be configured freely. To simplify the administration the software supports Active Directory User Management and features a recipe management to according to the type of glove or user’s requirements.
The software fulfils GAMP 5, CFR 21 Part 11 and EU Annex 11. The implementation of this software will allow you to have a full traceability and integrity of all the data.

GITS® software features automatic detection of ports and/or gloves through RFID technology. This feature offers many advantages:

The automatic recognition of ports allows the software to detect the position of each inserted glove tester preventing human errors such as the accidental skipping of a port

The operator has only to take care about inserting the glove testers only. The port detection allows the software to automatically allocate a measurement and perform it

It enables to correlate the acquired data from one port to a specific glove, providing statistical analysis of measurements, preventing from failures
